Diana Jenkins is tired of all the drama surrounding The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and is filing a lawsuit to unmask the bot attacker.
Diana Jenkins is dead set on setting all the stories straight on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and now shes filing a lawsuit to unmask who orchestrated the bot attack against Garcelle Beauvaiss son Jax on Instagram. Jax made it clear that he did not sign up to be on television and did not need to be distracted by so much drama and harassment during his first month back at school. The entire RHOBH cast posted a message supporting Jax on their social pages and condemning the attacks.
Initially media outlets speculated whether Diana or Erika Jayne was behind the attacks as they are not on good terms with Garcelle on RHOBH season 12. However both women swiftly denied these claims and Diana responded with a separate series of lawsuits requesting that media outlets remove defamatory and false statements. Dianas already been somewhat successful to some degree as several podcasters and bloggers have removed their content. Diana also donated a hundred thousand dollars to the victims of Lion Air plane clashes currently in litigation with Tom Girardi. After a rocky RHOBH season 12 and other online drama RHOBHs Diana got in trouble for racist comments during an online argument that she blamed on English not being her first language.
To clear up what she can Dianas determined to find out who started the attacks on Jax. Dianas attorneys Krista M. Enns and J. Erik Connolly wrote It is wrong to send racist and bullying messages to a fourteenyearold boy the RHOBH stars attorneys stated in the lawsuit. It is wrong to pretend that someone else was the person responsible for sending those messages. And it is wrong to mastermind this hateful campaign in anonymity. This action seeks to unmask and hold accountable the morally bankrupt person who has attacked a child and placed blame for their actions on Ms. Jenkins. Diana and her attorneys plan to request subpoenas from Meta the company Instagram is owned by to obtain evidence of who organized the attacks.
She resents that the attacker deflected blame onto Diana after occasionally feuding with Garcelle. Threatening messages to Diana have left her stressed and frustrated as these issues have damaged her reputation and business. Dozens if not hundreds of people have posted messages attacking Ms. Jenkins for an act that she never took her attorneys stated. Last week on RHOBH Crystal Kung Minkoff and Garcelle questioned why Erika didnt express more compassion for the victims in the many lawsuits against her exhusband. As most of the RHOBH women questioned why Erika didnt donate money to the victims as a moral imperative rather than a legal necessity Diana wondered why they didnt.
Diana is getting to the bottom of the bot attackers and donating to Lion Air victims shows RHOBHs Diana is a woman of action. Shes not one to let gossip and rumors swirl and damage everyones reputations in the process. However if this latest lawsuit reveals the culprit of the bot attacks it could spur a new round of drama for everyone involved.
